Enter your picks online and either pay online via credit card or cash/check in person or by mail. 

To Enter Your Picks Online Follow These Simple Steps:

  1. Go to the pick entry from.  Pick Entry Form
  2. Enter your first and last name in the appropriate boxes. (required)
  3. Enter the unique name you want to call your entry in the "Sheet Name" text box. (required) (ex: Joe #1)
  4. Enter your phone number in the "Phone Number" text box. (required)
  5. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" text box. (required)
  6. Select a winner for every game.
  7. Once you have completed filling out the form click the "Submit" button.  **NOTE**Clicking the submit button makes your entry final.  You cannot go back and modify your selections.
  8. After the submission is accepted you will see a confirmation page with your selections and an Entry Number.
  9. Print the confirmation page and make note of the Entry Number.  This will help if there are any questions.
  10. Your picks have now been officially entered into the pool.

Payment
$20 - pay by cash, check or money order.  You must send a copy of the confirmation sheet with the money that you send.  Checks and money orders MUST be made out to CASH.

Your entry does not become active and will not show up in the standings until we have received payment for the entry.  Payment must be received before the tip of the first games at noon on Thursday, March 20th or if mailed, postmarked by Wednesday, March 19th.
