WHAT YOU DO:
For each day of tournament games select one team that you believe will win their game outright and you cannot pick the same team twice.  If your team wins you move on to the next day if you lose you are out.  Team selections must be emailed to The Administrator by the deadline posted below for each day/round.  Please note you must select a team for each day of the tournament and not just each round of the tournament.  So for round 1 you need to select a team playing in the Thursday games and a team playing in the Friday games.  Selections and results of the Survivor Pool can be viewed at Survivor Pool Standings.

RULE NOTE: If your selected team wins for the day specified thus advancing you to the next round but you do not have any teams available to select for said day and round your entry for that day will be blank causing you to lose in that round.  If all of the surviving entries do not have any teams available to select for the next day/round then it will be considered a tie and all surviving entries to that point will share the prize money.

EMAILING YOUR TEAM SELECTION:
To submit your entry for each day's game send an email to The Administrator (pooladmin@thehoopspool.com) prior to team selection deadline for each day/round.  The email MUST include the following;

SUBJECT: NCAA Survivor Pool
EMAIL BODY:  Your first and last name, contact phone number, team being selected and the day/round selection is for.

TEAM SELECTION DEADLINES:
The team selections for each day MUST be received by Noon EST for that day's game.  For participants not sending their team selection to The Administrator by the required time will not have a team for that days game and considered the same as selecting a losing team thus exiting you from the Survivor Pool.

TIE:
If we end up with more than one survivor the prize money will be split equally between all survivors.

NOTES:

• All monies collected are paid out in prizes with the exception of $2 from every paid entry which will be donated to The Texas Children's Hospital and the Maisey and Jake Lowe Children's Fund.

1. I will NOT be chasing people for the team selections.  We are all old enough to take responsibility for ourselves to get our selections in on time.
2. Entry fee for the Survivor Pool MUST be received by Friday, March 19th so send it early and don't wait until the last minute.  Please include your first name, last name, email address and contact phone number with your Survivor Pool entry. 
3. Make checks out to CASH.  Checks made out to the Administrator will no longer be accepted.
4. If your entry fee does not arrive on time your entry will be removed from the Survivor Pool and entry fee returned regardless of how well you are doing.
5. Deadlines are firm!!
